Steps of DTF Printing Process by Dtfprintsdxb.com
Design Preparation: Begin by creating or selecting your design. Ensure it’s in high resolution and formatted correctly for DTF printing, typically as a PNG or TIFF file with a transparent background.
Film Printing: The design is printed onto a special film using high-quality DTF inks. This step involves precise color management to achieve accurate and vibrant results.
Powder Application: After printing, the film is coated with a special adhesive powder. This powder adheres to the ink and helps it bond to the transfer material.
Curing: The film with the adhesive powder is then cured in a heat press or oven. This step melts the powder and solidifies the ink, preparing it for transfer.
Transfer to Substrate: The film is placed on the desired substrate, such as a t-shirt or other garment, and pressed using a heat press. The heat transfers the ink from the film to the substrate, ensuring a strong bond.
Cooling and Peeling: After pressing, allow the garment to cool before carefully peeling away the film. This reveals the vibrant, durable design on the substrate.
Quality Check: Inspect the final product to ensure the design is correctly applied and meets quality standards. Make any necessary adjustments or reprints.
At dtfprintsdxb.com, we ensure each step of the DTF printing process is executed with precision, delivering high-quality, custom-printed products that exceed expectations.
